At the end of our bird walk July 9, several of us talked about where we might go in two weeks, on July 23. Someone suggested Elijah Bristow Park and we tentatively decided we might go there. This will be partly dependent on what kind of weather (temperatures) we are having; but also I need to check with the park office to see if there are any large group (like boyscouts for example) scheduled to use the park that day. I will post here as the date approaches and as I get information about the availability of the park. I will post a map to Elijah Bristow and give directions in text as well. For now I will just say that the park is just before you come to the town of Dexter on Hwy 58 southeast of Eugene about 15 miles.
